Terms of Service for Ask Balloon Cork

Welcome to Ask Balloon Cork's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment  must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event or delivery date.

2. Cancellation requests must be made  via email, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp within a reasonable timeframe at least 42h prior to the scheduled event or delivery date.
3.  The customer agrees to use the rental props and elements responsibly and in accordance with the provided instructions. The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented props, boards, and artificial elements during the rental period. Any damage or loss of rented props, boards, or artificial elements will be the customer's responsibility. The customer agrees to pay for any repairs, replacements, or associated costs incurred.

4. Ask Balloon Cork offers delivery service at Cork city and surrounding areas. Delivery charges will apply based on the location and agreed-upon terms.
